MumChoTM - FAQ

  • Q: What's your exchange policy?

A: If the item doesn't fit or isn't the right colour, we exchange the item for another one, orno questions ask. However, the bought item has to be returned as new, without any stains or without having been worn.
  • Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?

A: Yes, we do. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can just return it to us (the return address will be handed out on demand). However, you will have to pay for returning the item to us.
  • Q: What does OSFA (One Size fits All) mean?

A: We recommend our MumChos for people of size S, M or L.  person of size XL can probably only wear our MumChos in certain ways, not in all the ways described in the instruction manual.
  • Q: I don't seem to be able to wear my Chiffon MumCho as a Halterneck. It seems to short to cover my pregnant belly!

A: It's certainly not too short for 90% of pregnant women!
The trick is to put it on the correct way. Pop your MumCho on and turn it in such a way that the shoulder seam of the poncho runs down over your belly. Take it off and hold it in front of you, so that the seam without the care label would run down your belly. Roll up your MumCho along the other seam with the care label neatly, so that the fabric can sit nicely behind your neck. Pop it on and tie the two ends on the side behind your back. Voila!
  • Q: When do I need to order a Stopper for my Merino MumCho?

A: We don't recommend them for the sizes Sor M, but for size L or bigger. Make sure you slide the 'stopper' out in order to be able to wear your Merino MumCho in different ways.
