A courier post charge applies to each order in addition to the purchase price. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your clothes will be delivered in 1 – 4 working days anywhere in New Zealand.

 

We also need a daytime contact number or email address in case we need to contact you about a delay. Goods will be sent courier post no signature required and this includes all rural delivery. All orders are traceable, however should you have any concerns please contact us.

 

Courier post charges within NZ per order:

NZD $8.00

 

Courier charges to Australia and South Pacific

economy NZD $10 (up to two weeks)

express NZD $25 (up to four working days)

 

Courier charges to Rest of the world

 

economy NZD $20 (up to two weeks)

express NZD $65 (up to four working days)

 

These terms do not affect the rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

 

 

Returns Policy:

 

MumCho hopes you enjoy the new poncho but if for any reason you need to return any MumCho product, we will exchange for a different colour or style providing conditions are met. We also provide a money back guarantee.

 

Ponchos must be unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached (if applicable).

 

Items must be returned within 10 days with order confirmation enclosed, full details letting us know what you would like us to do. You can choose another style or a different colour. Also include a note to tell us the reason for return, so we can improve our service to you.

 

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed and exchange of goods to reach you. The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by MumCho but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
